Medchal: In pursuit of enhancing the quality of Education and the Infrastructure in its educational institutions, Province of Bangalore conducted a two days meeting for the Principals on 19-20 October at Medchal.

Bro. Bala Showrey SG in his input session highlighted the need for integrating the heart and mind in the administration of the school. He presented a principal as a leader than a manger, creating visionaries and leaders.  He emphasized the need to update oneself and to be in touch with others in such leadership.

Each institute had time to share its innovative and effective practices in the field of education, besides sharing the shades and lights of daily administration. The participants discussed extensively on ways of being on par with the government policies on education and the legal aspects institutional administration.

In all, the meeting, organized by prefecture of apostolate, highlighted the need to make Claretian Educational Institutions places of molding and building responsible citizens and able leaders.
